The two groups of people you typically find discussing electric cars either love them or hate them. I

I do get a bit ruffled when I hear or read something that blasts EVs with arguments clearly borne from fear
or ignorance or both. But you can't take either side too seriously really. The fact remains that electric cars
will be the dominant incarnation of automobilie transportation based simply on economics. Now, I don't know
if electric cars will surpass gasoline cars in the next 10 or 100 years. I'm betting sooner than later because
once more people value the environment they live in over being able to drive cross-country in an SUV, the
tide will rapidly turn.
